PAYMENT, CANCELLATION, REFUND & EARNINGS DISCLAIMER POLICY

This policy applies to all purchases made through this website or any associated checkout, invoice, or payment link operated by MHOFU REALITY, trading as Nero Knowledge.

1. Nature of Services

All services provided by MHOFU REALITY are educational and coaching-based only.

Services may include:

  • One-to-one coaching or advisory calls

  • Educational discussions

  • Conceptual frameworks

  • Non-clinical performance guidance

  • Digital educational materials

No medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal, or financial services are provided.

2. Earnings & Results Disclaimer (Critical)

Any references to:

  • Revenue

  • Income

  • Business growth

  • Performance improvement

  • Success metrics

  • Case studies or testimonials

represent individual, non-typical outcomes.

These results are not statistically normal, not average, and not guaranteed.

Most clients will not achieve results comparable to any examples shown. Outcomes vary widely based on individual background, effort, decision-making, external factors, and market conditions.

No representations or guarantees are made regarding:

  • Earnings

  • Profit

  • Business success

  • Performance increases

  • Personal or professional outcomes

You accept full responsibility for your actions, decisions, and results.

3. Payments

All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing

Payment constitutes acceptance of:

  • This policy

  • The Terms & Conditions

  • The non-guaranteed nature of the services

If payment plans or instalments are offered, you authorise MHOFU REALITY to charge the agreed payment method on the scheduled dates. Missed payments may result in paused or terminated access.

4. Refund Policy (Strict)

Due to the personalised nature of services, reserved time, and/or immediate access to digital materials:

All sales are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Dissatisfaction with results

  • Perceived lack of success

  • Failure to implement guidance

  • Missed or unattended sessions

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Personal circumstances

  • Digital content once access is granted

Any refund terms offered for a specific engagement must be stated explicitly in writing prior to purchase.

5. Rescheduling, Late Arrivals & No-Shows

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session.

  • Requests within 48 hours may be treated as completed sessions.

  • Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions ending at the scheduled time.

  • No-shows are treated as completed sessions and are non-refundable

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may be considered a breach of this policy. Evidence may be submitted to payment processors, including records of access, communication, and scheduling.
